All prices listed are in US dollars. All prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at prices in effect at the time of shipping. A.M.S reserves the right to change and discontinue styles, colors, sizes, fabric, or change packaging without notice. Slight variances in color may occur in between different orders.

Orders and Shipping

Most orders submitted before 12 PM PST for standard shipping will be shipped out next day. Delays in payment processing may delay the order.  All additions to any order already placed would be considered a new order and must be written on a new purchase order. A.M.S will not be responsible for non-delivery, delay, loss or damage during shipping. All orders not deliverable or refused due to customer error may be billed a 15% restocking fee as well as all freight charges.  If shortages occur for an order, the customer may be offered the option to ship all merchandise, or cancel the items short. By default all orders are shipped once all merchandise is available, and ready to ship. All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. warehouse. Customer pick up is available from 10 AM to 3 PM Monday through Friday. Please call ahead for pick up time and to confirm your order is ready for pick up. Please note, that residential customers may be subject to an additional surcharge after order placement. For residential deliveries, a team member will reach out to you to advise you of difference of cost.


A.M.S offers a variety of payment options such as cash, credit card, debit card, cashier’s check, wire transfer, ACH, business check, or certified check. Not all options may be available and are based on an account basis. A.M.S accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. For your safety, we require a completed credit card authorization before any credit card purchases are shipped. Some orders may require a deposit. All orders are subject to a 3% service charge and maybe waived at A.M.S’s discretion or with cash, direct deposit, ACH, or Check payments.

Returns/Cancellations/Order revisions

Our goal at A.M.S is to offer complete customer satisfaction. Please inspect all garments before printing, decorating, or altering the garment in any matter. Any customer not thoroughly satisfied must make an order claim within three (3) days of goods receipt. All buyers are highly encouraged to thoroughly inspect all merchandise before washing, printing, decorating, or altering the product in anyway. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect and test all merchandise before washing, printing, or any type of decorating. The decoration processes conducted by the customer is beyond our control. A.M.S cannot except any garment or product that has been altered in anyway or form. Please test all decorations for compatibility. Orders may be canceled only with A.M.S’s approval. Cancellations will not be accepted for already processed custom orders. Orders being processed that are revised may incur a service charge. Returned, canceled, or revised orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
