Inspection Before Alteration

Before printing, decorating, or altering any garment, we strongly advise customers to thoroughly inspect all merchandise. It is crucial to ensure that the goods received meet your expectations and are free from any defects or discrepancies.

Claims and Notifications

Any customer not thoroughly satisfied must initiate an order claim within three (3) days of receiving the goods. Claims made after this period may not be considered for returns or exchanges.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are highly encouraged to conduct a comprehensive inspection of all merchandise before any washing, printing, decorating, or alteration. It is the customer’s responsibility to examine and test all products thoroughly before initiating any form of alteration or decoration.

Limitation on Altered Products

Products or garments that have been altered in any manner or form cannot be accepted for return or exchange. The decoration processes conducted by the customer are beyond our control, and thus, we cannot accept responsibility for any alterations made.

Decoration Compatibility

Customers are advised to test all decorations for compatibility before proceeding with the application process. A.M.S cannot accept responsibility for any complications arising from incompatible decoration methods.

Cancellation Process

Orders may only be canceled with prior approval from A.M.S. Please contact our customer service team at to request an order cancellation.

Restrictions on Cancellations

  • Cancellations will not be accepted for custom orders that have already been processed. Once a custom order has entered the processing stage, it cannot be canceled.
  • Revised orders that are already in the processing stage may incur a service charge. The specific charge will be communicated upon the request for revision and will depend on the extent of the revision.

Fees for Returned, Canceled, or Revised Orders

  • Orders that are returned, canceled, or revised may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee helps cover handling and restocking expenses incurred due to the cancellation or return.
